About Me

When, Kaitlyn Espada, moved to Whittier, AK for a summer position, she had no idea the life change she was about to undergo. Not sure of what she wanted in life she let the wind blow her all the way across the country. Born and raised in a suburb of Washington D.C., she found herself in a whole new world. She fell in love with the land and the old fashion clichéd “Alaskan mountain man.” When the season was over she had no desire to return to the crowded hustle and bustle of city life and moved with her current husband, Darren, to Wasilla, AK. Coming from a family with a background in real estate on the East Coast, and Darren involved in construction and maintenance, she knew of no other better time to branch out in Alaska and forge new friendships, business relationships and the exploration of the wild, exciting and beautiful “Last Frontier” through real estate. Her background in hospitality management for over 8 years will give you a sense of ease as you’ll feel as if you’re working with an old friend. She will be there with you from start to finish and even help host your first house warming party. Kaitlyn has successfully sold real estate on the Kenai Peninsula, in Anchorage and the Mat-Su Valley with many satisfied clients. She has personally bought and sold several of her own investment properties and has an extensive knowledge in rehabbing properties and purchasing foreclosures, short sales, multi-family properties and real estate investments. She understands real estate is a relationship-based business, and strives to create client relationships built on trust and confidence. Her ultimate goal: a business built entirely upon referrals from clients who are completely satisfied with the professional and caring service they’ve received.
